Exciting new Vista services for ITN
Fernhart were commissioned by ITN On, one of the world's leading news video content providers to broadband and mobile, to develop exciting new Vista services which went live recently.
ITN On, the multimedia division of ITN, went live recently with new services designed and developed by Fernhart New Media on the newly launched Microsoft Vista platform.
The development saw the creation of two new channels for consumers in the form of a sidebar gadget and a Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) service enabling users to personalise their desktop with ITN news called ITN Hub.

The services feature some of the advanced capabilities of the new Vista operating system and use ITN's exclusive library of news video footage providing customers with very quick and easy access to live news as it is published.
Fernhart's sister company, BlueSky are also contracted to host the services and video content.
